Introduction
The Longevity STICKWELD 140 is an excellent portable, yet powerful stick welder that is capable of welding on both 110v and 220v welding current. This featherweight stick welder weighs in at 23 lbs and ranges in amperage from 30-140 when connected to a 220v outlet.
Thermal Overload Protection
Longevity has included thermal overload protection which informs the user when the duty cycle has been exceeded shutting down the unit in a safe matter until it has been cooled to adequate temperatures to proceed to cut.

Weighing in at 13lbs, the STICKWELD 140 is a featherweight in the welding industry allowing you to weld pretty much anywhere. The handle is very convenient when you are up on ladders, in small places or welding on the move.

Stick Holder and Stick Electrodes
The Longevity STICKWELD 140 features an industrial stick holder rated at 300 amps. Equipped with a strong spring for clamping the electrode rods perfectly every time and capable of hold rods up to 1/8” thick and will weld with your most common electrodes.
Variable Amp Adjustment
The Longevity STICKWELD 140 offers variable amps adjustment and not presets on allowing users to pinpoint the correct setting while welding every time. In conjunction with the digital display, you are able to accurately set your machine.
Duty Cycle
The STICKWELD 140 features an industry competitive duty cycle of 60% at 40 degrees Celsius. This duty cycle will allow your machine to run hotter than most brands while you work for longer periods of time.
